Stunning vintage ring with sapphires & diamonds, around 2000

The present, breathtaking vintage ring from around 2000 plays with the contrasts of bright white and dark blue. Its modern brilliant cuts inspire with wonderful light refraction and are complemented by baguette-cut diamonds. As trimmings of the elegant piece of jewelry, the precious stones and high-carat white gold sparkle cool and challenging in the light, while midnight blue sapphires set a mysterious, dynamic counterpoint. The extravagant ring head presents a large brilliant-cut diamond weighing around a quarter of a carat in its center. The calibrated ground sapphires form blue bands that play around this center stone and are completed by rows of diamond baguettes, which are also ground in. To the right and left of the ring head, further small diamonds glitter on the ring shoulders and fine mille handles break up the surfaces into countless points of light. The ring came to us from Italy, it comes from a Roman estate.
