Here Is Scott Specialty Album For Canada Covering Years 1851 - 1999 Including Back Of Book.
The album flaws are as pictured.  The pages are prestine, and appear to be complete up to 1999.  Please note I have not page checked this album, nor do I have a way to verify it's completness.  I would be suprised if it wasn't complete, and will refund your $$ if not satisfied..  The book cover obviousley has issues as pictured, and the actuall binder does not say Canada, so a spine sticker will be needed.  It looks as though someone had wrapped and old (very old) specialty binder around much newer and cleaner pages; addded a loose book cover laying around, and called it good.  The binder is a 6 out of 10, and the pages are 10 out of 10...  This album comes with roughly 1000 (un-counted) stamps.  The number of stamps is a well educated guesstimate.  I did not see any high value stamps, so what you see is what you'll get.

purchased inventory from a local stamp and coin dealer who has closed his doors, and this material was part of the inventory.
