This is a beautifully crafted 18ct yellow + white gold ladies dress ring set with diamonds, there are a pair of round cut diamonds in a white gold mount at the top of the ring which is held in a twist setting, from the shoulders to the top of the ring the inner half of the band is white gold while the rest is yellow
