This is a beautiful 18ct gold antique ring set with sapphires and diamonds, there are 3 large round cut sapphires with the central one being slightly larger than the two either side and there is a pair of round cut diamonds between them, they are all held in claws formed from the top of the band which is nicely rounded with tapered shoulders and it is hallmarked Birmingham 1910
