The Custom Crafter servo motors
2021 and newer Vevor brand with identical control unit as seen in images.
2021 and newer Mophorn brand with identical control unit as seen in images.
Your control unit PCB must look identical to the one in the photos above or this will not work.
Tested and proven on motors built and sold under The Custom Crafter Brand.

Sewtco Industrial Sewing Machine Servo Motors.
Eagle 750 Sewing Machine motors.
Consew systems.

When you turn on the
controller
it will go through self
prognostics
and set at zero ready to go.
Safety feature
(does not apply on remote capable switch):
If you inadvertently turn on the power with the speed control set to any speed besides stop; The motor will not run until your turn the rotary to full stop. Than self diagnostics will complete and you are ready to go.
Switch active function:
See images for estimated speeds at selected positions.
Make Note: RPM locations on switch may not match actual speeds achieved your system:
RPM locations are based on
programming set at min 300~max 4,500
.
If you change the
programming
, the RPM positions will also change but not on the switch.
Tests with the 750 watt motor
have revealed as follows:
Position on switch 300 on display 300
Position on switch 600 on display 900
Position on switch 2,000 on display 2,300
Position on switch 4,500 on display 4,500
This will require a different label to match but there is no reason to run a print
due to the fact there is a new switch in R&D right now. Completion is 6 months
out so use this switch if you need it now.
Tests with the 900 watt motor:
The 3,500 RPM switch was originally designed for the 1,000 watt motor.
It is fairly accurate with the 900 (within 100 RPM).
Tests with the 1,000 watt motor are pending
.
See 900 for now.
T
ests with the 1,500 watt motor
have revealed as follows:
Position on switch 300 on display 300
Position on switch 600 on display 1,100
Position on switch 2,000 on display 2,300
Position on switch 3,500 on display 3,500
This will require a different label to match but there is no reason to run a print
due to the fact there is a new switch in R&D right now. Completion is 6 months
out so use this switch if you need it now.
These switches are now at prototype 8 or higher and still in development.
Therefore
we will not issue refunds, returns or exchanges simply because the
numbers on the switch do not match the actual motor speed.
