    Description

Estate antique bud vase by Hadley Brothers, England, hallmarked on base and stamped '200'. 6" vase has a fluted opening, iridescent yellow body, and black, hand-painted trim at the rims. The piece has a number of chips and cracks, including what appears to be one inside the mouth opening but is instead the residue of an adhesive label. Craftsmanship of this piece is probably most evident in the application of the black trim, wherein the paint is thicker in some areas, thinner in others as it was hand-applied; the entire vase was hand painted.  Although far from mint, it is a pretty and interesting piece, particularly with the fluted opening, which is 2 1/2" in diameter. Wonderful addition to your collection as well as a truly unique decorative accent piece. Please see all photos for more details and close ups.
If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. I do accept returns within 14 days of an item in the same condition in which it was purchased. I am a legally disabled individual, and Ebay is literally my way of supporting myself; if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I would appreciate your contacting me directly rather than posting an "Item Not As Described" feedback - those do count against us sellers! I have many, many repeat clients and always strive to do my best to make my buyers happy :)
Shipping to the continental U.S. only via priority mail.   Shipping costs have risen dramatically for sellers and I use the method that is most economical and quickest as well as, frankly, the safest. I try not to use parcel post, as I've personally waited ages to receive those sent to me, with the package itself usually dented, broken or literally ripped open.  Payment is due immediately following purchase. I do combine shipping on multiple purchases; just contact me and we'll work together to make your purchases receive the best possible combined discounted shipping costs! Your business is truly appreciated and valued!
