509 Ignite battery pack

509 Ignite battery pack.
Here’s my home brew version of the 509 Ignite Battery pack. This pack will come with new Samsung 2500 MaH batteries. I worked on this design for quite some time last year. They are back by popular demand….well, maybe not popular but I did sell some last year. These are only on/off with no intermittent setting.
Also included is a USB cord that can be plugged into your sled if you need the power, such as your batteries are all dead and still want to ride! I used this design last year in West Yellowstone when it was cold and batteries ran out. As far as I know, there are no other options for corded power by anyone else. It runs the same voltage as the battery packs.
Best of all, you can bring extra batteries instead of bringing OEM packs. Batteries usually run about each. 18650 size. You will need to buy an 18650 flattop charger. They are cheap on here or Amazon.
From my testing, there is no risk to harm your goggles. They run the same voltage as the OEM packs.
